  • If you are a vendor, healthcare facility or manufacturer please become a member of Dembi Dollo Hospital Foundation and provide information about your organization and donation by mailing us at- www.dembidollo.org
  • A Dembi Dollo Hospital Foundation staff member may contact you if more information about your donation is needed
  • Then, our team will contact you to arrange for transfer of donation
  • If you are seeking a tax deduction, we will provide you with a receipt.
